For a perfectly baked mini-bougatsa with minced meat:
– Place the product, straight out of the freezer, in a non-stick baking pan.
– Bake in the oven at 170-180oC for 35-40 minutes, depending on the oven.
– After the first 10 minutes, pierce it in various spots
– After 30 minutes in the oven, turn upside down and pierce again.

Note: Adjust the baking time and temperature according to the functioning of your oven and the quantity that is being baked. These products cannot be baked in a microwave.
